Key Management

The system for tracking and controlling access to all managed properties. Includes physical keys, lockbox codes, smart lock access, and master key systems. Every key should be tracked from issuance to return. Lost keys mean lock changes. Untracked keys mean security risks. A property manager with poor key management is a property manager who cannot secure your asset.
