Emergency Contact

A person designated by the tenant to be contacted in case of emergency. Collected at lease signing and kept on file. If a tenant is unresponsive for days, there is a medical emergency, or there is a safety concern, the emergency contact is who gets called. Also useful for property access in situations where the tenant cannot be reached.
