Lease Signing

The execution of the lease agreement by all parties. Every adult occupant over 18 should sign the lease. Review all terms with the tenant before signing, including rent amount, due date, late fees, maintenance responsibilities, pet policy, and move-out requirements. A tenant who understands the lease upfront creates fewer problems during the tenancy. Digital signing is standard and creates an automatic paper trail.
