Emergency Maintenance

A maintenance issue that threatens the health, safety, or security of the tenant or property. Burst pipes, gas leaks, no heat in winter, electrical hazards, fire damage, or break-ins. Emergency maintenance requires immediate response regardless of the time. Most PMs have 24/7 emergency lines. If your PM does not respond to emergencies within the hour, your tenants will remember and your property will suffer.
