Payment Portal

An online platform where tenants pay rent electronically. ACH transfers, debit cards, credit cards. A payment portal reduces late payments, eliminates the need to process checks, and creates an automatic payment record. Most modern tenants expect it. If your PM still collects paper checks and money orders, they are running a 2005 operation.
