Month-To-Month Tenancy

A rental agreement that renews automatically every month with no fixed end date. Either party can terminate with 30 days written notice in Tennessee. Month-to-month gives flexibility but also risk. The tenant can leave with 30 days notice, and vacancy costs you more than the convenience is worth. Most PMs convert to month-to-month only after an initial fixed term.
