Maintenance Request

A formal report from the tenant that something in the unit needs repair. Should include a description of the issue, location, photos if possible, and urgency level. Requests should go through a centralized system (portal, email, or phone) so there is a record. Texting the PM personally works until there is a dispute about whether the request was ever made. Paper trails protect everyone.
