Lease Addendum

A supplemental document that modifies or adds terms to the original lease agreement. Common addendums include pet agreements, lead-based paint disclosures, mold notifications, and parking rules. The addendum must be signed by all parties on the lease and should reference the original agreement. Using addendums lets you customize terms for specific situations without rewriting the entire lease.
