A lease clause that makes every tenant on the lease fully responsible for all obligations, not just their share. If three roommates sign a lease and one stops paying, the other two owe the full rent. This protects the landlord because you can pursue any one tenant for the entire amount owed. Every multi-tenant lease should include this clause.
