Preventive Maintenance Schedule
A calendar of recurring maintenance tasks organized by frequency. Monthly: HVAC filter changes, smoke detector checks. Quarterly: pest control, property walk. Semi-annually: gutter cleaning, HVAC tune-up. Annually: roof inspection, water heater flush, appliance service. The schedule keeps maintenance proactive instead of reactive. A good PM follows this schedule without being asked. Ask about it during your PM interview.
