Owner Reporting
The regular financial and operational updates a property manager provides to the property owner. At minimum: monthly income/expense statement, year-to-date summary, maintenance activity, and vacancy status. Good reporting is clear, timely, and shows you exactly what your property is doing. If your PM sends a one-page statement with no detail, you are flying blind.
