Monthly Statement

The financial report your property manager sends each month showing income collected, expenses paid, and the resulting owner disbursement. Should include rent collected, late fees, maintenance costs itemized by work order, management fees, and any other charges. If you cannot trace every dollar from tenant payment to your bank account using the monthly statement, the reporting needs to improve.
