Owner Draw

The portion of collected rent that gets paid out to the property owner after all expenses. This is the disbursement amount. On a $1,200/month rental with $120 in management fees and $200 in maintenance that month, the owner draw is $880. Some owners confuse gross rent with what they will actually receive; the owner draw is reality.
