Notification to tenants about known mold presence or prior mold issues in the property. Tennessee does not have a specific mold disclosure statute, but failing to disclose known mold problems can lead to habitability claims and personal injury lawsuits. If you know about it, disclose it. If you find it, remediate it. Mold claims are expensive and mold juries are sympathetic to tenants.
