Maintenance Markup
The percentage a property management company adds on top of vendor invoices. Industry range is 0-20%. A 15% markup on a $500 HVAC repair means you pay $575. Some PMs mark up and also charge a coordination fee on the same job. Ask about this before you sign the management agreement.
