Credit Check

A review of a rental applicant's credit history and score. Reveals payment patterns, outstanding debts, collections, bankruptcies, and judgments. Most PMs set a minimum credit score of 580-650 for Memphis rentals, but the full credit report matters more than the score alone. A 620 score with a medical collection is different from a 620 with three eviction judgments. Read the report, not just the number.
