Renewal Offer

A written offer to the tenant for a new lease term, typically with an updated rent amount. Present it 60-90 days before expiration with a deadline for response. Include the new rent, lease term options (12-month, 6-month, month-to-month at different rates), and any updated terms. Give the tenant time to decide but not so much time that you cannot market the unit if they decline.
