Comp Analysis

A comparison of your property to similar properties that are currently renting or recently rented in the same area. Good comps match on bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, condition, and location within a half mile. The comp analysis determines your asking rent and supports rent increases at renewal. Pulling comps from the wrong area or wrong condition level gives you a useless number.
